Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university;
NM teaching License with endorsements as needed.
Experience working in student supervision, discipline, or leadership roles.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students, families, and staff. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Position Summary:
This hybrid role combines the instructional duties of a part-time Physical Education teacher with the leadership responsibilities of a part-time Dean of Students. The position supports a healthy, safe, and positive school climate by fostering student physical development and well-being during PE instruction, while also promoting positive behavior, student engagement, and discipline aligned with the school’s culture and values. Skills/Aptitudes: Good organizational ability; good written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality regarding students, staff, parents, and school matters.
