Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate teachers and teacher assistants to join our team at Bilingual Montessori school located in Los Alamos, NM.
BMS Los Alamos is a newly opened school with beautiful brand new facilities and classrooms.
Our White Rock location has been operation since 2015, this is our second campus.
We serve ages 6 weeks-7 years and are looking to hire multiple teachers for all ages.

The ideal candidate will assist in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children in a Montessori daycare setting. This role is essential in helping educators implement lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively. Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers and young children in a daycare or classroom setting.
- Help prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare, private school, or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and co workers.
- A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling various classroom situations.
- Must be very reliable and on time.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a full background check
- High school diploma required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
