What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Associate position at Pointwealth Capital Management?

This position is for a licensed or unlicensed, 1 year experienced client service associate with the potential to grow into a Financial Advisor upon desire. Compensation is commensurate with experience and potential is high.


We are a boutique investment firm located in Encino, CA serving clients across the country. The role is responsible for servicing of existing clients. This is a dynamic role and every day will be different with the Associate wearing different hats and cross-training. Associate should have the ability to problem solve independently using our extensive backoffice resources and communicate proactively when needing additional guidance. Attitude and desire to learn is everything here.


We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a small, tight-knit team at an established and fast-growing firm. Your financial and professional advancement within financial services is as limitless as you allow it to be. Your primary responsibilities will be one of the primary point people supporting a large client book.

Responsibilities:

· Prioritize daily tasks, track progress of projects and deadlines

· Meet with and service existing and new clients

· Continue to cultivate client relationships

· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned or needed


Requirements:

High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal skills

Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

Industry experience not required but you must be willing to learn
