Chief Operating Officer (COO) | PointsKash
PointsKash is building an integrated financial services platform that connects self-service KashPoint kiosks with a mobile app. We’re seeking a hands-on COO to turn our growth plans into reliable, scalable operations.
The COO will lead day-to-day execution across kiosk deployment, enterprise rollouts, customer and partner operations, and cross-functional teams. This leader will establish clear operating processes, track performance against key milestones, resolve execution issues, and help PointsKash scale while maintaining strong controls and compliance.
What you’ll bring: Senior operating leadership experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or a related field; a record of scaling complex operations and leading teams; strong partner and execution skills; and the ability to move between strategy and practical, day-to-day problem solving.
