Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Manager based in Edmond, OK, with the flexibility to work from home part-time in a hybrid capacity. The IT Manager will oversee and manage IT infrastructure, ensure efficient systems operations, and support the seamless integration of technologies. Responsibilities include leading IT staff, developing and implementing IT policies, managing system upgrades, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring data security standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting cross-departmental technology needs and aligning IT operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management and Network Administration
- Proficiency in System Upgrades, Software Integration, and Configuration
- Strong knowledge of Data Security, Compliance Standards, and Risk Management
- Expertise in IT Policy Development, Process Improvement, and Project Management
- Proven leadership experience with an ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Salary Range - $165,000 up to $185,000 plus the opportunity to earn equity.
