Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Staff member at our office in Norman, OK. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, administering networks, ensuring network security, and providing technical support. The role also involves assisting with installations and upgrades, resolving IT issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Expertise in Network Security and related protocols
- Excellent Customer Service abilities with a client-focused mindset
- Working knowledge of IT management and support tools
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in providing IT services to small to mid-sized organizations is advantageous
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
