Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Pointe Commercial Real Estate's office in Chattanooga, TN, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, conducting market research, and creating strategic marketing plans. Responsibilities include prospecting for leads, cultivating client relationships, preparing contracts, negotiating agreements, and staying informed on industry trends and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
- A valid TN, GA or AL Real Estate License and experience with Brokerage
- Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the Chattanooga, TN, and surrounding real estate markets is preferred
