Maintenance Technician
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, execute, and document preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and correct unanticipated equipment malfunction to minimize operational downtime.
- Process and complete maintenance work orders submitted by Maintenance Manager or building staff.
- Maintain inventory of wear parts/replacement parts and backup components.
- Perform operational pre-checks.
- Coordinate with contractors and equipment vendors to optimize functionality of various equipment, as well as to schedule and host service personnel on site.
- Adhere to all company and site-specific safety/PPE requirements and codes of conduct.

Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years prior experience in a maintenance role
- Complex knowledge of tools/fittings.
In-depth knowledge and experience with the following:
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Physical fitness; ability to lift excess of 50 lbs or travel up and down stairs on a regular basis
- Punctuality and safety consciousness.
- Energetic, adaptable, and self-starting, with high capacity to learn new concepts.
