As a Post Harvest Manager at Point Management / Borealis, you will oversee all post-harvest operations from harvest through finished goods, ensuring consistent, high-quality output.

You will play a key role in building scalable processes, leading teams, and supporting cross-functional operations.

Your salary will be $70,000 a year.

What You'll Do

• Oversee post-harvest operations including drying, curing, trimming, bucking, and product preparation
• Lead, train, and develop post-harvest team members
• Ensure product quality and consistency across all stages
• Manage production schedules and workflow to meet output goals
• Track and coordinate inventory movement and batch organization
• Partner with cultivation, inventory, and packaging teams
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized production environments

What You Need

• 3 years of cannabis or production experience
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of post-harvest processes (drying, curing, trimming)
• Experience in production workflows and batch management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Experience with METRC or similar systems preferred
• Ability to work in production environments and meet state requirements
