As a Cultivation Manager at Point Management / Borealis, you will oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality cannabis production.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop cultivation teams, including supervisors and technicians
• Oversee daily cultivation operations to ensure plant health and productivity
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs
• Manage cultivation schedules, harvest timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor plant health and address issues proactively
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient cultivation environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational success

What You Need

• 3 years of cultivation or horticulture experience
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of plant health, nutrients, and pest management
• Experience with METRC, BioTrack, or similar systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and prioritize effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cultivation conditions
• Must meet state requirements and obtain cannabis agent badge
