We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Temporary Administrative / Office Assistant, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:30. From June through October. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for busy teams, ensuring seamless daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals seeking flexible, short-term assignments. $20 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Coverage: Greet visitors and answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Document Processing: Open, sort, and distribute daily mail, and handle copying, scanning, and filing duties.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with general calendar updates.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into internal databases and maintain physical and digital records.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the office is fully stocked.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of prior office, clerical, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new workplace environments.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
