Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Lot Stewart to join our maintenance team.

Pohanka of Salisbury has been on the Eastern Shore for over 20 years, starting their first dealership in Salisbury in 1999, and has since expanded to 9 dealerships in Salisbury, MD. Job Duties
- Assist with the maintenance of the company facilities and lots to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership lots, sidewalks, and common areas.
- Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and special projects as needed.
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general property upkeep.
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required
