Honda of Boerne is seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the dealership’s office, accounting support, HR administration, and customer-facing administrative processes run smoothly and professionally.
You will be the central point of coordination between sales, service, finance, and ownership, helping maintain a high standard of accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front-office and administrative operations

Manage dealership paperwork flow (deals, title work, registration, contracts, and filing)

Support accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable coordination, daily deposits, vendor invoices, and expense tracking

Supervise and schedule administrative staff (reception, title clerk, cashier)

Maintain accurate personnel files, timekeeping, and basic HR administration

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state DMV requirements

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and administrative follow-up with professionalism

Coordinate with sales and F&I teams on deal packaging and documentation accuracy

Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Qualifications

3 years of office management or administrative leadership experience (automotive dealership experience strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of dealership processes, title/registration workflows, and deal documentation

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
