Job Title: Administrative Assistant – MSP Operations
Location: Ocean County, NJ (On-site, full-time, Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $60K (based on experience & qualifications)
About the Role:
We’re expanding our operations team and seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) as we onboard new clients. This high-trust, high-impact role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes initiative, and brings calm, clarity, and accountability to complex workflows.
You’ll work closely with executives, engineers, and technicians, ensuring smooth client migrations, onboarding, and operational coordination. This is an opportunity to step in, get oriented quickly, and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support executives with daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-through
- Track client migrations and onboarding workflows
- Maintain checklists, intake trackers, and client-facing documentation
- Liaise with engineers to validate technical steps and ensure readiness
- Keep structured records and maintain operational clarity across projects
- Contribute to internal documentation libraries and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or project tracking
- Exceptional organizational skills and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating operational needs
- Interest in growing into a leadership role within operations
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with SOPs, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), or project documentation
- Familiarity with IT workflows or managed service provider environments
