Position Overview
Pocket Change Laundry is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a clean and organized environment.
Schedule
- Day shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 7AM - 3PM hours
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to laundromat guests
- Maintain cleanliness of facility, machines, and folding areas
- Assist customers with machine operation and general questions
- Monitor washers and dryers to ensure proper operation
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferred (not required)
Pay Rate
- $13.00 per hour to start
- Increase to $14.00 per hour after 90 days
