Positions: After School Detention Teacher

Evaluated By: Principal/Assistant Principal
Length of Employment: As Needed
Salary Range: County Supplement (Hourly Rate)
Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold a West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate at
the grade levels of the students being served. Employment at the school preferred.
Responsibilities: In addition to abiding by established laws, policies, rules and regulations, the After School Detention Teacher shall have the following responsibilities and duties:
- Document attendance of students assigned to After School Detention and submit to the appropriate school administrator.
- Supervise students at all times.
- Ensure that students complete assignments as required.
- Assist students with assignments as requested.
