Key Responsibilities
- Perform wound care dressing changes per provider orders
- Apply and manage compression therapy
- Document visits using structured clinical tools
- Upload wound photos and track progress
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Communicate with PA-C team for care coordination
- Follow all clinical protocols and documentation standards
Work Environment
- Mobile (patient homes, assisted living, SNFs)
- Independent field work with team support
- Consistent patient assignments available
Compensation
- Tier 1 Visit: $60
- Tier 2 Visit: $80
- Tier 3 Visit: $100
✔ Paid per completed visit
✔ Payments issued monthly for completed and approved visits
✔ Flexible schedule with consistent case assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Washington State
- Reliable transportation
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred:
- Wound care experience
- Home health or mobile care experience
- Experience with compression therapy
