About the Role
We are hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support clients in their homes and community.
This is a field based role, not remote, where you will provide hands on care and meaningful connection to the people we serve.
What You Will Do
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with errands and transportation in the client’s vehicle or alongside the client
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate with the care team and document services accurately

What You Bring
• CNA or HCA or ability to obtain within Washington State timelines
• CORE and Diabetes Delegation or willingness to obtain
• Food Handler’s Permit or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check including fingerprinting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ADLs, IADLs, and personal care
• A genuine desire to make a difference
