Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to enhance their comfort and independence
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to communicate client progress and any concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and care plans meticulously to ensure client safety at all times
Requirements
- 1 yr. prior experience in healthcare settings such as private caregiving, or in-home care preferred.
- Ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for errand running and transporting clients.
- A compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to client safety and comfort
