Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor

We're looking for a PLPC candidate who has a desire to learn from a seasoned trauma Therapist Supervisor with over a decade in the field of trauma recovery. Supervisor is a student of Bessel Van her Kolk and has a unique approach that is based off of a Christian worldview while synthesized with all the scientific modalities like EMDR, Neurofeedback, IFS and Lifespan Integration Therapy. Supervisor has over 300 hours accumulated in trauma recovery alone as well as an internship in Cambodia working with children rescued from the sex trafficking industry.

PLPC must be very teachable and eager to lean how to treat trauma through powerful approaches. Candidate must also be engaged in his/her own therapy and have developed enough self-awareness to be a compassionate and non-anxious presence with clients.

Although prior knowledge or experience in EMDR, and neurofeedback is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate.
