What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed/Provisional Mental Health Professional Hybrid/In-Person position at Acidom Medical Services?
Qualifications
- MUST BE A LCSW, LMFT, LPC, CSW, LMSW, or P-LPC licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana.
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings
- Meet deadlines and meet productivity standards
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- The Mental Health Professional should practice in an ethical manner; work with colleagues and client with respect
- Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services
- Update treatment plans as needed with LMHP, ongoing assessment of assigned clients' needs and goals, participate in supervision and training, and provide crisis intervention services, if needed.
- Provide coordination of care and linkage with community resources.
- Provide timely service documentation as required by managing care organizations, agency policy and procedure manual.
- Complete progress notes that adhere to best practices and quality standards of care as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings
- Maintain involvement in other agency programs
- Complete educational opportunities as a means of furthering professional development as well as fulfilling CEU requirements.
- Upholds and promotes all standards of CARF, HIPPA, reimbursement compliance and Acidom Medical Services, LLC policies and procedures as outlined in agency's policy manual.
