Maintenance Technician - Job Description
Position is primarily responsible for repairing apartment unit interiors and fixtures and completing common area and property exterior maintenance. Position also frequently works with outside contractors.
Maintenance Technician - Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Property Maintenance.
Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone) and candidate must be able to provide own tools.
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver’s License is required.
