PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Avenue in the Highlands Apartments in Louisville, KY.
Maintenance Supervisor - Job Description
Position is responsible for supervising all on-site maintenance operations and achieving property maintenance / physical plant objectives. Position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the apartment units, common areas and grounds are properly maintained, managing turnkey operation, supervising Maintenance Staff and scheduling / overseeing repair and renovation work of outside contractors.
Maintenance Supervisor - Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Property Maintenance.
Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone) and candidate must be able to provide own tools.
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver’s License is required.
