The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a talented and accomplished Project Manager to manage a variety of high-visibility projects. This is a key role in the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). The successful candidate will actively support strategic objectives with a focus on IT, HR and Finance projects. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring peers, leading project team members, and contributing to ongoing process improvements and standardization.
This is a Hybrid role in Dayton, OH and candidates are required in office 2 days/week.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Define, plan, execute and control moderate to complex projects and programs.
· Support the assigned portfolios as they choose, prioritize, and manage projects in their organization.
· Secure and coordinate resources for projects.
· Produce and maintain key deliverables: Business Case, Schedule, Budget, RAID, Change Requests.
· Report on project, program and portfolio progress and overall health.
· Utilize problem solving tools and strategies to keep projects on track.
· Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.
· Coach and inspire project team members to give their best effort.
· Contribute to ongoing process improvements and standardization in Project Management.
· Support and assist other Project Managers in the organization.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience required, Agile Methodologies preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar tool
- PMP preferred
- Global experience a plus
