Responsibilities
- Oversee business including Purchasing, deliveries and inventory
- Develop new products for sales with proper packaging and ingredient labels
- Familiar with SQF audit and ensure SQF procedures are followed
- Ensure OTD delivery and logistics
- Support sales to meet order deadlines
- Working with the USDA and FDA
Experience
- Meat processing experience
- SQF
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years in Food Processing industry
- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP Program
