- Assist with data entry of accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Process homeowner assessment payments (checks, ACH, online payments)
- Support bank and account reconciliations by matching transactions and identifying discrepancies
- Maintain accurate owner account ledgers
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for review by senior staff
- Organize and maintain digital records of invoices and financial documents
- Respond to basic homeowner account inquiries (training provided)
- Coordinate with internal team members to resolve account issues
- Track outstanding balances and assist with delinquency reporting
- Support vendor record management, including W-9 collection and file organization
- Perform general administrative tasks to support accounting operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Internship or entry-level experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support
- Familiarity with accounting or property management software (e.g., CINC Systems preferred)
