General Summary:
The Associate Marketing Manager supports marketing efforts for PMI Entertainment Group-managed venues and events. This role contributes to social media management, branding, digital advertising, contesting, creative development, and sales fulfillment to grow audience engagement and drive ticket sales. The position builds event-specific marketing plans, supports paid and organic digital campaigns, partners with promoters and agencies, and helps ensure brand consistency across all venues and platforms. Success requires creativity, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Job Duties:

Branding & Resch Complex Social Oversight

  • Support content development, scheduling, and engagement across all Resch Complex social platforms.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual standards, and messaging guidelines.
  • Assist with audience growth strategies, social storytelling, community engagement, and partner fulfillment.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan, create, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, retargeting, geotargeting, etc.).
  • Produce digital content including short-form video, graphics, and event coverage.
  • Manage contesting logistics while ensuring compliance and maximizing impact.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and compile performance insights.

Event Marketing Support

  • Develop and execute event-specific marketing plans aligned with audience targets, trends, and budget.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts, grassroots initiatives, and collaboration with media partners.
  • Support creative development for digital, print, signage, and collateral materials.
  • Maintain information flow with artists, promoters, agencies, and venue partners.

Sales Fulfillment & Sponsor Support

  • Execute marketing tasks supporting ticket sales, group sales, premium sales, and venue rentals.
  • Fulfill sponsor deliverables including digital placements, social posts, and signage.
  • Provide reporting and recaps demonstrating campaign and sales support effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital services, design, PR/communications, web, and sales teams.
  • Participate in brainstorms, planning meetings, and collaborative marketing sessions.
  • Assist with media partner coordination and cash/trade executions.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance, audience behavior, and ticket sales pacing.
  • Recommend adjustments based on insights and performance trends.
  • Contribute to post-event reports with key metrics, learnings, and opportunities.

On-Site Event Responsibilities

  • Serve as onsite Marketing contact for assigned events, capturing social content, supporting sponsor fulfillment, assisting PR efforts, and engaging fans on-site.
Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, digital media, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, live events, sports, or a venue setting.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Ads/Analytics, and other modern digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and campaign support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse internal/external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Trello preferred).
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based hours.

  • Maintain professionalism, positive communication, and alignment with PMI brand standards.
  • Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a good understanding of and ability to effectively communicate with people. 
  • Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with daily workload and a variety of people.
  • Participate in safety programs and follow all company procedures.
  • Stay informed on marketing, social media, entertainment, and fan engagement trends.
  • Represent PMI in a courteous, professional manner during all public interactions. Requires hearing within normal range and eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read communications, reports, and computer terminals.
  • Maintain physical ability to perform duties requiring mobility, computer use, and on-site event participation.
