JOB REQUIREMENTS: Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Catering
Events Manager DOL Status: Part-Time; Events-Based Supervises Others: No
Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, assisting with set-ups, clean-ups, and
General Catering Facilitation For The Resch Complex. Job Duties
Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and
Customer Service values. Responsible for assisting in the coordination,
correct set-up, and implementation of catering events. Ensures high
quality food product is delivered and served to patrons in a
professional and timely manner. Responsible for following state and
local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling, preparation and
dispensing of food and beverages. Maintains proper image and generates
positive rapport with patrons and staff. Makes sure all transactions are
Carried Out In Accordance With Company Guidelines. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Requires a level of general
education normally acquired in high school to interact in a professional
manner with patrons and employees. Approximately three to six months
previous food and beverage experience to gain an understanding of food
preparation, sales, and customer service. Analytical skills needed to
process cash and charge card orders. Interpersonal skills necessary to
maintain positive customer relations with clients when gathering and
exchanging information. Must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful
and discretionary manner. Ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to
customer needs and portrays a positive image of the company. Other
Expectations: Requires prolong standing for possibly an entire shift.
Requires normal range of hearing to communicate with patrons and
employees. Requires range of vision correctable to 20/20 to read
numbers. Must be able to regularly climb steps. Ability to handle
occasional high stress work levels when dealing with clients. Ability to
lift 50 pounds. Ability to give, receive, and analyze information. Must
understand people and be able to communicate effectively with them.
Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills. Frequent
exposure to crowds. Includes day, evening, and weekend hours. Flexible
