Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for a motivated and caring individual who would like to perform at the highest level as a Title Clerk. The Title Clerk works in the administration office in our dealership handling various administrative duties. As a Title Clerk, we will train you to play a crucial role in our administration office in a team setting!

Responsibilities:

Process all new and used vehicle titles.

Prepare and process tax and title documents.

Package car deals for submission to lenders.

Record the receipt of cash or checks.

Prepare checks as required.

Facilitate transfers of vehicle inventory among related companies.

Provides administrative support to the dealership

Carries out duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

Ensures the correct processing of all internal documents

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and effective communication
Requirements:

Previous auto dealership accounting experience Preferred

Computer literacy and proficiency with Excel and Word

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Pass Pre-Employment drug screening

Pass Background Check

Ability to work with detail in an error free manner.

Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
