Returns & Re-Kitting Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns & Re-Kitting Specialist to process returned products and prepare inventory for resale, gifting, and promotional use.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and process returned inventory.
- Determine whether items can be restocked, re-kitted, gifted, or discarded.
- Reassemble products with the correct components, packaging, and inserts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track product disposition.
- Prepare products for influencer, PR, and employee gifting programs.
- Support inventory audits and maintain an organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or operations preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
This role is critical to maximizing inventory recovery, reducing waste, and ensuring products meet brand standards before re-entering circulation.
This position will work out of our offices in Draper and pays $15/hr.
