You will be responsible for ensuring that brand initiatives are translated into clear workflows and that every retail partner has the assets and data they need to succeed.The ideal candidate is a "systems thinker" who can navigate Asana and e-commerce like Shopify and Amazon with ease while maintaining a high standard for brand integrity and detail.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & WorkflowCross-Functional Synergy: Lead collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Product Development to ensure seamless project lifecycles.Systems Ownership: Manage the Asana ecosystem, including project boards, tags, collaborators, and automations to keep the team moving at top speed.Timeline Accountability: Establish and manage detailed project timelines and task ownership to accelerate deliverables.Asset Architecture: Maintain a centralized digital asset database with strict naming conventions and structured organization for the entire company.Sales Administration & OperationsRetail Partner Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, assisting with brand/product setup and assortment maintenance for major accounts.Compliance & Documentation: Oversee regulatory documentation, product testing, and certifications to ensure products meet partner standards for on-time launches.Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations Team on sample requests and inventory allocation for sales initiatives.Internal Tracking: Maintain internal documentation and tracking tools related to retail accounts and active sales projects.E-commerce & Digital MarketingShopify Management: Execute updates to product pages, collections, and landing pages; works with team and web developer to build new digital experiences.Campaign Coordination: Execute data-driven marketing campaigns, including asset updates, discount management, and launch timing.Product Development Support: Assist in timeline planning for new launches, including the creation of packaging and manuals.Creative CoordinationCreative Briefing: Provide clear direction, project briefs, and copy to graphic and web designers to guide projects efficiently.Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of all creative deliverables prior to final submission to ensure technical and brand accuracy.Designer Workflows: Prioritize tasks for the creative team, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in project management, sales administration, or marketing (experience in consumer goods with Beauty and Skincare a major plus).Tech Stack: Proficiency in Asana, Shopify Merchandising, and Google Workspace.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to navigate complex situations to reach desired goals.Detail-Oriented: A high standard for accuracy, specifically regarding product data, compliance, and creative reviews.Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Premium Beauty space, including both Brick & Mortar and E-commerce landscapes.
