Core ResponsibilitiesThe Ideal CandidateWhy PMD Beauty?
- High-Touch Customer Support (≈15–20 hrs/week)
- Provide expert-level support via email, resolving concerns with empathy and precision.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical guidance.
- Educate customers on skincare best practices and optimized tool usage.
- Engage with our community by responding to brand reviews across multiple platforms.
- TikTok Shop Management (≈5 hrs/week)
- Oversee the health of our TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Monitor fulfillment status and manage customer requests or returns.
- Maintain our brand reputation through active review management.
- Operational Excellence (≈5 hrs/week)
- Track and report on customer service KPIs and sentiment to the leadership team.
- Assist in managing office inventory and essential supplies.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and the overall customer journey.
- The Professional: You are a Licensed Esthetician with a deep passion for skincare science.
- The Techie: You are comfortable (or quick to learn) eCommerce tools like Shopify, TikTok Shop, HelpScout, and BazaarVoice.
