We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing: a strategic and tactical leader with proven experience in performance-driven media, advanced SEO, AI-powered solutions, and multi-channel campaign management.
Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact digital strategies across multiple verticals. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on campaign leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale digital initiatives, optimizing performance media campaigns, and deploying advanced growth tactics that drive measurable ROI for PMC clients.
This is a high-volume, high-velocity agency role. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and bring both innovation and executional excellence to every engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Manage and scale performance media campaigns across streaming platforms (CTV/OTT), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Drive strategic SEO initiatives including advanced on-page and technical SEO, authority building, local SEO, content optimization, and full-stack organic growth strategies.
- Apply advanced website growth tactics: conversion rate optimization, funnel design, lead-gen architecture, and analytics-driven UX improvements.
- Implement and manage attribution models and performance measurement using best-in-class tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, ReportGarden, Looker Studio).
- Develop and deliver monthly performance reporting to clients, highlighting insights, ROI, and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Translate data into compelling, client-facing narratives that demonstrate business impact and justify marketing investments.
- Oversee and mentor junior digital marketing team members while collaborating with creative, web, and production teams to ensure full-stack integration.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing technologies (ad optimization, audience modeling, predictive analytics, content automation) to scale performance and efficiency.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at the world-class standard of excellence PMC clients expect.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5years of progressive experience in digital marketing with direct responsibility for strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- Proven expertise in the Google ecosystem: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), GA4, Tag Manager)
- Deep knowledge of performance media platforms: CTV/OTT, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms.
- Advanced experience in SEO strategy and execution, including technical, on-page, and authority-building tactics.
- Strong understanding of website growth strategies and CRO methodologies.
- Experience in building and delivering reporting dashboards, monthly reporting packages, and performance insights directly to clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects at scale in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Familiarity and interest in AI-powered digital marketing solutions and emerging martech tools.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to present strategies, results, and growth plans with clarity and authority.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to thrive under high-volume, high-impact conditions.
