Leasing Consultant – Perdido Isle Apartments
Orange Beach, AL | Part Time - (Weekdays (Weds - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm is required)
Love people, sales, and helping others find their next home? Perdido Isle Apartments is looking for a friendly, energetic Leasing Consultant to tour apartments, close leases, and deliver great customer service.
You’ll:
- Greet prospects, give tours, and ask for the lease
- Follow up, complete applications, and support move‑ins
- Provide great service to current residents
- Use OneSite and basic office software daily
You bring:
- Sales or customer service experience
- Positive attitude strong communication skills
- Organization, reliability, and professionalism
