🚨 WE’RE HIRING: LEASING CONSULTANT | $18–$20/HOUR
I’m currently looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Daphne, AL!
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a great resident experience, and being part of a team focused on leasing and community success.
What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting and assisting prospective residents
• Conducting property tours and showcasing the community
• Explaining lease terms, pricing, and community features
• Following up with leads and responding to inquiries
• Processing applications and preparing lease documents
• Building strong relationships with current and future residents
• Supporting resident retention and community events
• Assisting with marketing and maintaining an excellent property presentation
• Working closely with the management and maintenance teams
What we’re looking for:
• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to build genuine relationships with residents and prospects
• Comfortable learning and using property management software
• Ability to work some evenings or weekends as needed
