Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd shift Roll Tender to join our team at PM Graphics in the US. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing presses and maintaining our high standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor roll tender equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain proper tension and alignment of rolls during printing processes.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to uphold product standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in inventory management of rolls and related materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating roll tender or similar machinery in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Knowledge of printing processes, including Web non-heat set or sheet-fed presses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively on both first and second shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to handle materials and perform routine tasks.
