Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will make a minimum of 80 calls per day to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, providing tailored solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management skills to oversee a growing portfolio of clients
- Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare industry sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-environment while remaining self-motivated and goal-oriented
