Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Maintains environment by monitoring building and equipment controls. Ensures that all doors, windows, gates on property are secure. Also responsible for internal deliveries, minor technical support and other duties as assigned.
Hours:
Sunday and Monday, 7am-3:30pm.
Flexibility to fill in for vacation coverage desired.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum one year' security officer experience required.
- Managing security in a healthcare environment a plus.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Previous law enforcement training a plus.
- PERC card preferred.
- Must be vaccinated against Covid 19.
