**Responsibilities**

• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients
• Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports
• Support the business development team in managing pipelines and tracking client interactions
• Help coordinate meetings and maintain client communication records
• Contribute to strategy development by analyzing competitor data and market insights
• Participate in networking events and company-sponsored functions as needed
• Maintain updated knowledge of Captura Hall’s services and value propositions
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or administrative role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
