What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Sales Associate position at Plymouth Furniture?
Plymouth Furniture is looking for a part time sales person to work Saturday and/or Sunday and some shifts from 2pm - 8pm or 4pm -8pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
-Help load furniture, mattresses, and appliances into customers vehicles.
-Open and assemble furniture.
-Clean
-Sell and remove furniture from sales floor.
Skills:
- Good with people.
-Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math calculations for processing transactions accurately
