Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home ABA supervision and clinical services. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys flexible scheduling, meaningful family collaboration, and hands-on clinical impact in natural environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) in-home and community settings
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs during in-home sessions
- Conduct caregiver training in natural environments
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and clinical review
- Adjust treatment protocols as clinically indicated (e.g., 97155 protocol modification)
- Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with in-home ABA services preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload in community settings
