We are seeking a reliable and highly competent Website Manager to support the ongoing management and maintenance of our company website. This role is based in our Maryland office. Once the candidate has demonstrated strong performance, reliability, and alignment with our workflow, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule.
- Manage day to day operation of the company website
- Communicate with website clients about updates
- Update and maintain website content, pages, and media
- Monitor and update plugins, themes, and core platform software
- Ensure website performance, security, and uptime
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate fixes when needed
- Implement basic layout or formatting updates as requested
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content updates and campaigns
- Maintain backups and follow best practices for site maintenance
- Proven experience managing websites using WordPress
- Strong understanding of plugins, themes, and site maintenance
- Experience updating content without breaking site functionality
- Basic understanding of website performance, security, and backups
- Ability to troubleshoot common website issues
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative office environment
- Experience working with marketing or agency teams
- Familiarity with hosting environments and domain management
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience managing multiple websites
This position is in office initially. A hybrid work schedule may be offered after the right fit is demonstrated.
