We are currently seeking a Senior Health Promotion Specialist who excels in developing and executing holistic well-being programs for a high-profile corporate client located in New York City, NY.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days on-site and two days remote each week. On-site responsibilities will be distributed across the client’s various offices in Upper Manhattan.

What you will do:
- Assess population health needs using available claims data, utilization trends, and satisfaction insights to identify opportunities and develop tactical project plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build a cohesive, holistic, and data‑informed population health strategy that drives meaningful health improvement across the employee population.
- Coordinate, develop and deliver a range of programs that educate members on how to improve their health and well-being.
- Partner with the client, vendors and community resources to execute workplace well-being strategies that will improve employees’ health and mental resilience.
- Coordinate health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s on-site and virtual spaces in order to promote healthy behavior and health care engagement.
- Monitor performance, trends, and engagement metrics to advise on the continuous evolution of the well-being strategy.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., health promotion, health education, public health).
- Three or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, human resources and organizational behavior or a related field.
- The ability to multi-task, and to execute time-management, problem-solving, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge.
- The ability to network, engage and interact with clients and members.
- Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Health plan experience.
- Master’s degree in health promotion management, public health or a related field.
- Related health promotion or public health certification, such as National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), WellCert Certified Wellness Practitioner or CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist).
- Five years of industry experience.
