What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Member Service Representative position at PLUS CREDIT UNION?
Plus Credit Union is seeking a service-oriented professional to support members through multiple communication channels. This role focuses on providing accurate, timely, and courteous assistance while ensuring members’ needs are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for members via phone, email, online chat, mail, and in person
- Provide courteous, professional service in accordance with the credit union’s SERVICE philosophy
- Answer incoming calls, identify member needs, and resolve requests or route inquiries to the appropriate department
- Promote credit union products and services based on identified member needs
- Open new share accounts and service existing accounts
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist members with Individual Retirement Account (IRA) openings
- Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and monitor for suspicious activity in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements
- Complete required annual compliance training
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Set Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: On-Site (Remote Work not Available)
