At Plummers, we are Family Owned and Operated and believe strongly in a family/team mentality. We specialize in Septic and Sewer cleaning services and have been in business since 1957. We are looking to fill a customer service position in our office. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction with routine service needs and being there for homeowners and businesses when service becomes an emergency.
This team member will be responsible for making customers a priority and tending to general office needs with a focus on scheduling and following up on jobs. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to ensure that customers feel taken care of when they call in. Knowledge and understanding of Septic and Sewer operations and their components is a major plus, but is not a requirement.
Job Duties:
- Answer the phones as a top priority and present strong customer service skills
- Schedule jobs using our integrated digital system
- Follow up with customers on job satisfaction
- Manage Septic Reminder system
- Monitor office supplies/kitchen supplies
- Tend to customers and deliveries up front as they come in to our office and direct as necessary
- Other duties may be communicated and assigned if seen fit or if time allows
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Job Type: Full time
Hours: 8:00am - 5:15pm Monday through Friday
