We don’t believe in "hard selling." We believe in Expert Education. * Find the "Why": You aren't there to just patch a leak; you are there to diagnose the system and solve the root cause.

• The Power of Choice: You will be responsible for creating and presenting comprehensive "Good/Better/Best" options. Whether it’s a simple repair or our industry-leading 10-Year Pipe & Heater Warranty, you give the customer the power to choose.
• ServiceTitan Mastery: We are a high-tech shop. You must be proficient in ServiceTitan to build estimates, present options visually, and manage your workflow with precision.

• Is an "Expert Interrogator": You don’t just look at the leak; you ask the questions that uncover the homeowner's real concerns.

• Produces on Day 1: We aren't looking for someone to "sit and watch." We need a specialist who can step into a truck, open ServiceTitan, and start providing world-class options and closing jobs immediately.

Job Requirements:

• 3 Years of Residential Service Experience: You must know the code and the craft.
• ServiceTitan Proficiency: You know how to build "Pricebook" estimates and close jobs digitally.
• Diagnostic Intuition: Ability to look beyond the "symptom" to find the real plumbing challenge.
• Professional Presence: Clean-cut, organized, and self-motivated.
• The Basics: Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen required.
