Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in residential plumbing, construction inspection, or quality control.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, materials, and local/state plumbing codes in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia.Certification: Plumbing license, inspection certification, or equivalent technical training preferred.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans. Proficiency in completing inspection reports using digital tools or mobile applications.Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify workmanship defects, code violations, and performance issues before they escalate.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain inspection findings and corrective actions to contractors, builders, and team members.Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend effective solutions for non-compliant installations.Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk construction sites, climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed for inspections.Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple inspection assignments independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.Licensing & Compliance: Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and comply with all safety and OSHA standards.
