What You’ll Do
- Lead company-wide operations, overseeing Branch Managers, Operations, Procurement, Estimating, and Scheduling.
- Translate the CEO’s vision into measurable goals, execution plans, and accountability across departments.
- Directly manage department heads and branch leadership to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Oversee financial performance, efficiency metrics, and profitability.
- Maintain seamless coordination between HQ and branch operations.
- Develop scalable systems, policies, and reporting structures to support growth.
- Build leadership depth and strengthen company culture across all levels.
- Drive accountability through consistent meetings, scorecards, and performance reviews.

- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in construction, plumbing, or a related trade industry.
- Proven track record in multi-location or operations management.
- Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, logistics, and financial accountability.
