Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Construction Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team! The successful candidate will oversee the new construction process/ phases from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties:
- Schedule and communicate with our builders and homeowners for upcoming jobs
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or delays, taking corrective action as needed
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all job phases are being completed efficiently
- Order materials and track that it arrives on job site
- Complete warranty issues and punch list items
- Monitor field personnel and ensure all PPE is being worn
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Assist field personnel in difficult or complex plumbing work projects/phases
- Ensures field personnel development is addressed across the team
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful completion of construction projects
Skills:
- Knowledge of all three residential plumbing phases (slab/rough/trim)
- Understanding the North Carolina Residential Building & Plumbing Codes is vital in this position. These codes cover various aspects of plumbing systems and are regularly updated to reflect the latest technology and safety standards
- Must be proficient in scheduling, coordinating, and people management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Possess the ability to prepare reports and general knowledge of site work methods and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with office and field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- A valid, insurable NC driver’s license is required.
- 3-4 years of supervisory experience in the plumbing and supervisory-related field
- Plumbing license
- Bilingual is a plus!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
