Plumbing Service Technician – Naples, FL

Job Summary

Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is a trusted plumbing company known for delivering top-quality service, skilled craftsmanship, and reliable solutions for all plumbing needs. As we grow our team, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Service Technician to join us in the Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs area.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify plumbing issues
• Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain repairs and solutions to customers
• Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, costs, and any issues that arise
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumbing technician
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repair techniques
• Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean and safe driving record and valid driver's license
• Honesty, integrity, and strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good personal hygiene

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Considerable physical activity, including walking, standing for lengthy periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces, and reaching/grasping
• Roughly equal time spent indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours at a time
